I am a counsellor with a degree in Humanistic Counselling based on Transactional Analysis and a Certificate in Young Persons Counselling, with over 2000 post qualification client hours since 2015. I am also a tutor of counselling students to Diploma level.
My previous background is in leadership and management for a global company, developing people across different cultures and geographies.
In my counselling practise, I enjoy working with diversity and the uniqueness of every client and what they bring to each session.
I have extensive experience in working with the issues mentioned on the Home Page, with a specialism in helping people overcome problem gambling, and in training other counsellors in this area of practise.
As a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, I adhere to their Ethical framework to provide a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their needs. I also attend regular supervision to ensure safety and efficacy in my practise.
